Login methodsexpand collapse
    Currently, there are 2 login methods
  1. USOS/AD Users
    This method applies to all undergraduate and graduate students, students in the Doctoral School, postgraduate students and university employees. Logging in is done using an ActiveDirectory (AD) account with a login in xxxyyy1234
  2. Other users
    Method for users with special accounts created by the administrator.
I am a student, listener or employee of Wroclaw University of Technology - how can I log in?expand collapse
  1. Open the login pagelink
  2. Select the login method USOS/AD users



  3. On the login page, enter AD data:
    username (login) is of the form xxxyyy1234, where xxx - three letters of first name, yyy - three letters of last name, 1234 - four random digits

I am a non-university person and have an account created by an administrator - how can I log in?expand collapse
  1. Open the login page link
  2. Select the login method Other users



  3. On the login page, enter your data:
    user name (login) and password received from the system administrator

  1. USOS/ADusers:
    On the USOS/AD login page, click the link Forgot my password and follow the system's instructions



  2. Other users:
    on login page link click Forgot your password



    and then use one of the fields (we suggest searching by email address)



Where are my courses?expand collapse
  1. In the navigation menu of the ePortal, there is a tab "My courses". When you click it, you will be taken to a page listing the courses you are attending as a teacher or student.

Teachers are not obligated to use the ePortal to teach their courses. However, if the course is taught on the ePortal and you still do not have access to the course, please ask the instructor to enroll you in the course.

With the introduction of USOS, courses in the ePortal are not automatically set up by the platform administrator (as was the case in previous years for JSOS courses). Therefore, you will not see courses on the site "My courses" until they are created on their own

To create a course, log in to the USOS system link and create a course for the selected subject. Detailed instructions available in our ePortal First Steps course link

    If the courses you have created are not visible to students, the following problems may exist
  1. Courses are hidden
    On the “My Courses” page, note the “eye” icon at the top of the course card - crossed out means the course is invisible to students. Publish it to make the course available.



  2. Students have not been enrolled in the course
    When you create a course from the USOS system, students are automatically enrolled in the course according to the enrollment status at the time of the operation. If a student reports that the course is unavailable, update the course in USOS or manually enroll the student in the course directly in ePortal.

To edit the course, you need to enable the course editing mode (the switch is located in the top right corner of the page).

What are the advantages of the integration of the ePortal with the USOS system?expand collapse

The ePortal platform's integration with USOS allows instructors to create courses and automatically add designated class groups with participants. During this process, the system creates student accounts on the platform and enrolls them in the course, so students will be immediately visible in the course list. In addition, students in the USOS system will see a link to the created course.

When is health and safety training provided?expand collapse

The date and information about the health and safety training are available on https:///ohs-training.pwr.edu.pl

What if I don't have access to the ePortal training?expand collapse
  1. Log in to USOS and see if your subjects include Health and Safety Training. Click the name of the training to open the page. You will find a link to the training in the Moodle row
  2. If the link from USOS does not allow you to access the course on the ePortal, please contact us (eportal@pwr.edu.pl)
  3. If you do not see a link to the training in USOS, please contact us (eportal@pwr.edu.pl)
What if I missed a training date or did not get a positive grade?expand collapse
  • Wait for the next date (information on the training page)link
I don't see my training grade in the USOS system, even though I just completed itexpand collapse

Grades in the USOS system will be added by the protocol closing date: 31.01.2026. If the grade is still not visible after this date, please contact OHS Department (https://bhp.pwr.edu.pl/en/)
Don't send your certificate to the E-learning Section

What should I do if I have a valid OHS training certificate obtained in previous editions of the training, but I have changed my field of study or resumed studies?expand collapse

In such a case, please send a file of your certificate to the OHS Department at ohs.student@pwr.edu.pl along with your student ID number and the name of the faculty where you are currently studying or wish to have the certificate recognized.

Get in touch with us at eportal@pwr.edu.pl.
In the message, give the name of the course we should create and possibly the department or subject category)

In order to set up accounts for students we need their data i.e. last name, first name and email address. Please send them in an .xls or .csv file
